Financial Information

We will submit all insurance forms for you and help you get the most back from your benefits. We will work with you to afford the treatment you need or want. If you need a significant ammount of work, a payment plan can be arranged for you. We accept cash, or any major credit card.

Cancelling an Appointment

If you can't keep an appointment, please provide us 48 hours notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee might be charged if a patient doesn't appear for a scheduled appointment without ample notice.
